Lately I have been befriending a girl from Quebec, Canada (Yes a Canadian) at the OEH. She is only 19 years old, doesn’t know any Japanese, and came here alone. Actually, she went to Sasayama (篠山) and WWOOF-ed first before coming to OEH, and she is staying in Osaka for few more weeks before going [...] When I went to the city hall to get my Alien Registration card, I picked up a flyer about free Japanese workshop called “Yomikaki” in Hirakta. There are several of them in the area, and the closest one from OEH is in the building adjacent to the Hirakata Keihan station. I decided to check out [...] Today is Carmen’s birthday, and the birthday girl wanted to have yakiniku dinner! So she suggested going to this place called 六甲 (Rokko) in Shinsaibashi. They have an 1970 yen all you can eat course and that sounds not bad for a big meat eater. Big meat eater I am not. In the past I was, but [...] There are some items I missed in the2 posts about my Tokyo trip. The first is that I did not mention that me and Ken went to walked around Kabukicho before meeting up with Ryosuke.
