FINALLY FINALLY! I WENT BACK TO YOBASHI CAMERA AND GOT MY KEITAI TODAY. Since yesterday I forgot to bring my passport, today I made sure I had both my passport and alien registration document. I found the staff that I saw yesterday….he reserved a phone for me so I was grateful. So to get a keitai, [...] Earlier today I called my parents in Vancouver, Canada, with Skype. Skype has very reasonable rates calling to Canada (2 cents CAD per minute). I bought $15 of credits before I came to Osaka and I wonder if I can use up all of them!?
